I found an exercise video on NB website.

This is great 10 minutes excercise  and I like it.

I have been finding differences between Nike website and NB one.
Nike is great fun to watch many videos and encourage me to buy their products. I feel like if I can be like the atheletes. Nike is more like they give us professional athelete information worldwide and attract us.
NB is also great because of thier customer service such as how to race your shoes, excercise videos and blog that you can post about your story. NB is more like the one customers can involve and enjoy with other customers who are keen to health.
